Went back to the park today. Everything was up and running. So many wonderful things for the kids. Clowns, puppeteers, things to see, things to touch...did I mention clowns? The whole park has been turned into a playground of things to do for kids. This year the country of China has a large presence, being the country of honor. They have taken over the area behind the national art museum and there are demonstrations of traditional Chinese arts, one of the few places where you can use money. With the exception of the food booths most everything in the park is free of charge. Including the smiles.
